About The Position

The Inventory Control Specialist is an independent, flexible, motivated, results-oriented role focused on providing outstanding customer experiences and maintaining item and financial accuracy across the store network. The position is data-driven and highly analytical.

The specialist keeps stockrooms and the sales floor organized, replenished, and tidy; completes inventory processes; ensures merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed; and supports inventory control initiatives. The role requires accountability, accuracy, initiative, ownership, professionalism, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A flexible schedule based on business needs is required.
