Requirements

HS Diploma or GED
3-5+ years in inventory control roles
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP software.
Strong mathematical skills
Attention to detail
Analytical skills for discrepancy investigation
Communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
High mathematical ability
Strong problem-solver with a self-motivated work ethic.
Capable of working in a fast-paced, sometimes, noisy warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts and physical inventory counts to ensure system accuracy (KPI = 98.5% Accurate).
Alert management to potential inventory issues and propose corrective action plans.
Accurately enter and update inventory data (receiving, shipments, adjustments) into the inventory system or ERP.
Keep records of inventory issues and actions.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of inventory (FIFO/LIFO) to maintain organization and accessibility.
Manage inventory placement in the FC for efficient picking and storage.
Consolidate SKUs where needed to free up space.
Monitor inventory reports to identify discrepancies, shrinkage, or slow-moving items, and report findings to management.
Develop or refine procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and safety.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
