About The Position

As a Warehouse Associate, you will help manage raw and packaging materials by receiving, moving, and tracking inventory throughout the warehouse. You will operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and ensure inventory data is accurately recorded in company systems.

This entry-level role supports warehouse and inventory operations within a GMP-regulated environment and provides opportunities to build skills and grow professionally.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods is required.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience is preferred but not required.
• PIT/forklift experience is preferred.
• Six months of warehousing or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation to support inventory accuracy.
• Monitor near-expiry materials, deliveries, and the status of goods in Quarantine and manufacturing systems.
• Replenish materials as needed to support production.
• Issue clean, properly labeled materials to production and assist with proper disposal of rejected materials.
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time.
• Support a safe, clean, and GMP-compliant warehouse environment.
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure compliance and availability.
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) after training.
• Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems.
• Develop skills to progress to Level 2 ICM.
• Maintain strong safety, attendance, and conduct standards.
