Requirements

  • Fluent in warehouse operations, inventory control, returns processes, and system workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Self-starter with a quality-focused approach and willingness to improve the knowledge and skill level of self and others.
  • Complete Forklift Operator/PIT Certification within the first 5 days.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of all applicable pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screening, credit check, motor vehicle record review as permitted by law).

  • Previous warehouse, inventory control, or returns experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage physical daily cycle counts and research/correct inventory variances using Eclipse and/or Excel.
  • Observe, audit, record, report, and correct discrepancies in inventory control and returns across all operations.
  • Process Job Site Clean-up Returns, Daily Returns, and RMA/RGA.
  • Correspond with Sales Writers regarding restock percentages and customer credits.
  • Collaborate with the returns team on Customer or Vendor RGAs requiring Inventory Control involvement.
  • Work with the Counter Team to ensure timely and accurate returns of canceled orders and counter returns.
  • Maintain compliance of Warehouse In Process/Status queues with End of Month guidelines.
  • Act as the primary contact for return-related emails and inquiries, providing problem-solving assistance.
  • Identify performance barriers and assist management in analyzing root causes and developing action plans.
  • Provide guidance, support, and problem-solving to associates, promoting accuracy and process compliance.
  • Assist with system enhancements and process improvements, recommending changes to improve inventory accuracy, return processing, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and promote safe work practices in accordance with company policies.
  • Work effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Operate a forklift or become certified to operate a forklift and other PIT equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
