About The Position

The Inventory Control Coordinator controls finished-goods inventory needed to meet projected or forecasted sales and distribution demand. The role oversees master scheduling, materials handling, inventory turnover, customer service levels, stocking decisions, forecasting, and administrative controls. It analyzes inventory levels, positioning, production forecasts, and sales forecasts; maintains inputs to a computerized inventory system; coordinates stock liquidation and transfers based on cost, age, and demand; initiates actions when items are out of stock; and ensures goods are routed, scheduled, and stored appropriately. The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of inventory management experience.
• Basic computer knowledge, including data entry and look-up.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree.
• Previous experience using Salesforce and SAP.
