About The Position

Likewize is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join our Flower Mound distribution center. This role is the perfect first step for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented and excited to learn how inventory operations work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As our Inventory Control Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, our reports on track, and daily tasks running smoothly. Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Strong skills in organization, communication, and attention to detail
• A self‑starter mindset with a willingness to learn
• Someone comfortable splitting time between a cubicle and the warehouse floor when needed

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience in warehouse inventory

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation
• Assist with inventory reports, KPIs, and tracking using Excel
• Work both at a desk and on the warehouse floor to support inventory accuracy
• Partner closely with the Inventory Manager and team members across locations
• Help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Follow established processes while looking for ways to improve efficiency
