About The Position

Taylor Corporation is looking for an Inventory Control Clerk to join the team in Jeffersonville, IN. This role involves evaluating, monitoring, and maintaining inventory levels of all items purchased and produced at designated warehouse locations to meet targeted levels and sales needs. The position also ensures compliance with established internal control procedures, updates and maintains inventory records, and performs other related projects and duties as assigned. The role requires operating powered industrial lifts and clamp trucks in a safe manner.

Requirements

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to accomplish goals.
Ability to perform a variety of tasks and switch between them quickly as needed.
May operate a forklift, hand truck, or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
Frequently required to move inside the facility.
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).
