This role involves performing product inventory activities, confirming physical inventory quantity and location, and reporting variances. It includes managing inventory control tasks, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and completing monthly cycle counts. The position also oversees customer returns, investigates claims, and provides research summaries. Additionally, it involves warehouse team lead responsibilities such as coordinating work activities and assisting with product shortages to ensure order fill rates are met. The role requires creating Stock Transfer Orders (STOs), providing scheduling support, performing SAP transactions, and collaborating with other departments to minimize operational disruptions. A key aspect is completing daily Powered Industrial Truck Inspections to ensure safe operation. The employee must understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Saputo's food safety and quality programs, and regulatory requirements, promptly reporting any hazards. Participation in required training, shift meetings, and adherence to Saputo's code of ethics and values are also essential. Other duties may be requested or assigned.
