About The Position

This role is part of our Space and Launch business, which has contributed to the nation’s space programs for decades by delivering complete solutions from concept to flight. We enable successful space operations with mission-critical technology supporting every step from first launch to final landing, including launch vehicle subsystems, propulsion systems, aerodynamic and interstage systems, and payload protection and deployment. Our high-performance solutions are engineered to operate in the most extreme environments and meet precise mission requirements. In this role, you support reliable material flow by receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory essential to production and operational needs. You help maintain accurate records, identify discrepancies, and uphold a well‑organized warehouse environment to ensure teams have the materials they need to keep programs moving efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of materials and hardware handling.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
  • Ability to complete basic math calculations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience operating a forklift and ability to obtain Karman forklift certification.
  • Experience with Epicor or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Responsibilities

  • Receives, stores, and distributes materials, supplies, and equipment to support operational needs.
  • Maintains accurate records of materials received and issued.
  • Inspects deliveries, identifies discrepancies, and coordinates with suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Verifies order accuracy by comparing requisitions, invoices, and shipping documentation to materials received or issued.
  • Conducts inventory counts and audits, reporting and helping resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepares procurement requests for materials and supplies.
  • Marks identifying information on materials when required.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operates forklifts as needed to support material movement.
