About The Position
The Inventory Control Assistant is responsible for maintaining and reconciling warehouse inventory daily at the Okmulgee, Oklahoma location. The position works Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM until finished. Starting pay is $16.49 to $22.53 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience.
- Strong computer and database skills.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to read and follow directions.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree.
- Prior auditing experience.
- Forklift certification.
- SAP knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse daily, manually or with a handheld scanner.
- Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
- Reconcile daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
- Identify and report close-dated product.
- Cross-train across inventory functions, including raw materials, QI holds, and SAP to Basis.
- Work collaboratively with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners.
