As an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Process Assistant, you'll support special projects and day-to-day processes focused on inventory accuracy, quality control, and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and identify opportunities to improve Distribution Center processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, inventory, or logistics operations preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Nice To Haves
- an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support outbound shipments to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update inventory records to ensure system accuracy.
- Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and other inventory control activities.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics and shipment activities.
- Support special projects focused on process improvement, quality control, and Distribution Center operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across outbound operations.
- Ensure processes are completed in accordance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain organized and accurate records related to inventory and operational activities.
