The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an Inventory Control Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Collaborating with site production, warehouse, and supply chain departments to optimize inventory control and sitewide material flow. Identifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory accuracy. Review and reports on project progress with management. Support inventory closing operations for 3M Cottage Grove and keeping the Legacy system inventory ledger compliant with 3M standards. Ensure compliance to 3M Financial Standards, SOX, and other regulations. Publish and present service and inventory metrics, results, and gap analysis Actively manage working and non-working inventories in all Cottage Grove manufacturing and Pilot Plant areas to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets.
