Here, you will make an impact by: Collaborating with site production, warehouse, and supply chain departments to optimize inventory control and sitewide material flow. Identifies and leads projects that improve supply chain speed and inventory accuracy. Review and reports on project progress with management. Support inventory closing operations for 3M Cottage Grove and keeping the Legacy system inventory ledger compliant with 3M standards. Ensure compliance to 3M Financial Standards, SOX, and other regulations. Publish and present service and inventory metrics, results, and gap analysis Actively manage working and non-working inventories in all Cottage Grove manufacturing and Pilot Plant areas to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets. Business transformation readiness activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and two (2) combined years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, and/or manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment.
OR High School Diploma/GED completed and verified prior to start) and six (6) combined years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, and/or manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, and/or Business-related discipline from an accredited university.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with 3M systems – MIRS, IMES, PMCS, COMS, USS.
Experience with SAP.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to perform the duties of this position.
