Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Basic understanding of inventory tracking and control.
  • Ability to count, receive, and reconcile inventory.
  • Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO (First Expired, First Out).
  • Basic computer skills (Google, Excel, data entry).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmacy or healthcare inventory experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with cold chain products.
  • Experience with lot number and expiration tracking.
  • Experience with barcode scanners.
  • Experience with warehouse systems (WMS).
  • Reliability and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, ordering, stocking, and transporting supplies and equipment.
  • Ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Minimizing product expiration through proper rotation.
  • Troubleshooting inventory issues.
  • Counting units with high accuracy.
  • Recording data.
  • Labeling products.
  • Catching errors quickly.
  • Entering and tracking data accurately.
  • Receiving shipments.
  • Checking shipments against packing lists.
  • Preparing orders for distribution.
  • Performing general warehouse duties.
  • Receiving and scanning items.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing and moving for extended periods.
