About The Position

Sensient Technologies is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team in Turlock, CA. This role is responsible for daily production on their assigned line and ensuring all items are packaged according to company standards. The company values collaboration, hard work, and problem-solving.

Requirements

Data Entry experience.
Typing speed of 50 to 70 WPM with strong Ten Key experience.
Computer literate in software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge and experience in computerized inventories and databases desired.

Responsibilities

Perform all Inventory Issues, Inventory FG Completions, and I9 Inventory Completions into JDE for Onion, Garlic and Chili (Hand-pack) Production Work Orders.
Print I9 Partial Drum Batch Tags and distribute to Production.
Compare all Raw Material Batch Tags against the JDE issued inventory of each work order.
Ensure validity and analyze final production variance.
Compare printed Production Report to production paperwork and investigate/correct any discrepancies.
Investigate any production reports with a final variance > 4%.
Post-Production Activity and Production Liner information into SDF for Onion, Garlic and Chili (Hand-pack) production orders.
Work with Inventory Control Team to correct any transaction errors.
Print Pick Reports for Production and Lift Operators and organize by Production line based upon the Production Schedule.
Verify all required Raw Material has been pulled for upcoming Production Orders.
Print Master and Batch Tags and organize by Production line based upon the Production Schedule.
Complete End of Shift Reports for in process orders and confirms samples have been submitted for all Production Reports completed throughout the shift.
Complete other projects as directed by the Inventory Control Manager.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
