About The Position

Inventory Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department in managing incoming inventory.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Responsibilities

  • Process DDRs accurately and timely
  • Scan fleet paperwork and verify incentives are correct
  • Communicate with management and sales team to ensure incoming units are contracted, delivered and DDR processed
  • Stock in inbound vehicles and verify each unit is represented online
  • Ensure timely communication to sales team and management as it relates to ordered vehicles to ensure guest takes delivery within expected timelines.
