About The Position

Inventory Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department in managing incoming inventory.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Responsibilities
- Process DDRs accurately and timely
- Scan fleet paperwork and verify incentives are correct
- Communicate with management and sales team to ensure incoming units are contracted, delivered and DDR processed
- Stock in inbound vehicles and verify each unit is represented online
- Ensure timely communication to sales team and management as it relates to ordered vehicles to ensure guest takes delivery within expected timelines.
