About The Position

At CJ Logistics, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Clerk to join our team and keep our inventory running like clockwork! This role involves organizing, monitoring, and maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and audits, tracking product movement, investigating inventory issues, managing inventory at varying status levels, operating a Stand-Up Forklift, and collaborating with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Attention to Detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
Forklift Certified: Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
Reliable.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
Problem-Solving Skills: Possess critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues effectively.

Responsibilities

Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory.
Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies.
Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause.
Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged).
Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks.
Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Tackle other duties as assigned within training and expertise.
