Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Attention to Detail: You can spot a missing item from a mile away and have the patience to handle even the smallest discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You possess critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues effectively.
  • Forklift Certified: You have experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
  • Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels.
  • Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies.
  • Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each.
  • Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
