About The Position

Ryder is hiring an Inventory Clerk in Etna, Ohio, to support warehouse inventory operations involving retail items and clothing. The position pays $18.00 per hour, with overtime paid at $27.00 per hour and an additional $1.00 per hour when assigned to second shift. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Warehouse positions are paid weekly. Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One or more years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• One or more years of experience operating forklift equipment preferred.
• One or more years of Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or Word, preferred.
• Equipment certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), with an emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
