About The Position
The Inventory Clerk II will be a part of The Samples/Demo team which provides non-clinical products to support events and initiatives across Medical Education, Sales, Engineering, and Marketing. As a shared services function, the team collaborates with a broad range of Medtronic operating units and supports a diverse portfolio of products. This team plays an important role in ensuring business partners have the resources needed to effectively support training, product demonstrations, and other key organizational activities.
Requirements
- Requires 1+ years of related experience, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification.

- Interest in medical/medical device fields.
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
- Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
- Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
- Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
