About The Position

Framebridge is a custom-framing business with online and retail operations and manufacturing studios. At its manufacturing studio, the Inventory Associate safely operates a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries, move items to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks, and keep the production floor stocked. The role supports production teams by anticipating their material needs and maintaining inventory records. The position is full-time.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of industrial equipment.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated problem-solver.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Good time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Unload and upload materials and place them in appropriate locations.
• Identify damages while unpacking and report them to Leadership.
• Report shortages to Leadership.
• Report quality deficiencies to Leadership.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Keep inventory records up to date.
• Produce activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Help maintain a safe environment.
