About The Position

Copart, Inc. is a technology leader and global online vehicle auction platform with more than 200 facilities, connecting vehicle sellers to over 750,000 buyers in more than 190 countries. The Inventory Associate performs vehicle cleanup and general labor throughout the facility. The role prepares vehicles for inventory according to company guidelines and maintains company standards for vehicle accuracy and cleanliness. It also supports facility upkeep, including general cleanup and minor repairs, and helps provide excellent service to Copart customers through knowledge of company practices.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• General automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to operate handheld devices.
• Driver's license.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders daily.
• Assist members with jump-starting cars.
• Escort customers.
• Drive vehicles in and out of the facility.
• Clean, vacuum, and wash vehicles according to criteria.
• Shrink-wrap vehicles for storage.
• Secure personal documents according to criteria.
• Maintain a clean yard.
• Maintain spill response.
• Keep the building and shop neat and organized.
• Maintain a safe working environment according to criteria.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
