WIS International is urgently hiring Inventory Associates throughout the greater Knoxville Metro area, including Johnson City, Kingsport, Greeneville, and Morristown. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases. The job involves helping top retailers accurately count inventory, with no prior experience required as all necessary training is provided. It's an active job that rewards hard work and accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
• Opportunity to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter – certification required

Responsibilities

• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase your earnings through our performance-based pay program
• Travel to retail locations
