About The Position

Perform inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores. Work across the sales floor, stockroom, coolers, and freezers. Travel to 1-3 different store locations per day (different locations daily). Work as part of a small team and carpool to job sites. This is a full-time position typically involving 36-42 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with early morning start times (departures may be as early as 3-4 AM depending on store location) and end times varying based on workload (typically 1 PM - 6 PM). Daily travel is required, and the total work time, including travel and in-store work, is typically 36-42 hours per week. Travel distance and time vary by day and division. There are also 4 weeks of overnights per year to travel to further locations where the team usually stays the entire week, with Quantum Services paying for the hotel.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable transportation required for travel between job sites and participation in team carpooling (you will be required to drive)
• Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, and squat
• Physical work includes frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, ladder use, and working in coolers and freezers

Responsibilities

• Accurately count inventory using a 10-key device
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Submit inventory reports to store managers
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy across multiple locations
