About The Position

The Inventory Associate is responsible for scanning and shelving processed devices and preparing orders for the Shipping Department. This role works under general supervision, interacting with a Manager or Supervisor several times a day to receive guidance and feedback.

  • Proficient in basic computer use as well as the ability to operate warehouse tools (ex. Barcode Scanner and printer)
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with cell phone repair a plus.
  • Previous receiving experience working in a distribution, manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Previous work experience with Mannapov preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process and fill orders accurately and timely.
  • Scan and sort devices into Inventory Management System and shelve devices.
  • Validates devices picked for sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform inventory counts.
  • Research all inventory discrepancies and report to supervisor.
  • Search for missing products as necessary.
  • Communicate any issues to management that could result in process delays, safety issues, or anything else that would cause loss to the company or its associates.
  • Work closely with the other team members to ensure that daily goals are met or exceeded in keeping a steady flow of product moving through the department.
  • Follow all process and safety procedures and always utilize good judgment.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area.
  • Conform to all Mannapov policies and regulations.
  • Continually strive to improve work related skills and knowledge.
  • Perform additional responsibilities in assigned and/or other departments as necessary.
