Intersection is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-driven Advertising Inventory Associate to join our midwest team in Chicago. This role sits at the center of the advertising campaign lifecycle and plays a critical part in supporting revenue generation, operational execution, and inventory strategy across our transit and out-of-home advertising portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex logistical puzzles, and can balance day-to-day execution with a proactive mindset toward process improvement and operational efficiency. In this role, you will help manage and optimize advertising inventory across multiple media formats and markets, ensuring campaigns are accurately scheduled, operationally executable, and aligned with client expectations. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Client Success, and other cross-functional teams to support campaign execution while helping identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and team processes over time.
