About The Position

Employees in this role are responsible for receiving, scanning, packing, labeling, and safely moving inventory throughout the warehouse and to job sites, following established SOPs for handling, lifting, and equipment use. The position requires proper use of PPE, basic tool knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. These duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work and are not an exhaustive list. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned. General Responsibilities: Arrive at the work area by the scheduled start time. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse. Support team members and other departments as needed. Accurately record time worked through proper use of the ADP payroll application. Communicate effectively with management regarding time-off requests and attendance matters. Keep management informed of workplace challenges or operational concerns. Perform additional assignments and tasks as directed by a manager or supervisor. Be prepared to provide coverage and support for Warehouse Level 2 responsibilities when needed. Essential Functions: Understand proper handling, storage, and protection of company products. Assist with warehouse organization projects to ensure products are stored in a clean, safe, and orderly manner. Operate material handling equipment safely and appropriately. Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Perform basic cleaning, refurbishing, and preparation of products. Support other departments with product troubleshooting, including item verification, retagging, and dimension checks. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers containing products and supplies. Participate in quality control processes throughout the distribution cycle. Understand and utilize basic scanner functions related to inventory movement and warehouse operations. Maintain understanding of inventory SKU and serial number (S/N) designations. Update product-specific information such as fabrics, materials, and finishes within the inventory management system. Perform basic data entry and system updates across company platforms. Operate and navigate web-based warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis tools, including: Eames Internal Asset Manager, Domo, Retool. Execute daily warehouse cycle counts. Process incoming product, including barcode application and inventory reconciliation. Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one-year warehousing inventory experience preferred
  • Proper use of PPE
  • Basic tool knowledge
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
