As an Inventory Auditor, you will visit gas stations and convenience stores to perform accurate inventory counts and report results to store managers. The work includes counting items in freezers, coolers, stockrooms, and on the salesfloor. You will typically work in a small team of 2–3 people and visit 1–2 stores per day. Daily travel is required to stores within a 3-hour radius of your home base. Teams must arrive on-site by 6 AM, and commute time is in addition to the workday; depending on distance, you may need to leave home as early as approximately 3 AM. The role typically involves 36–40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Workdays are not set shifts, and end times vary with workload. Most days end between 1 PM and 5 PM, excluding commute time. You will also provide audit reports, address discrepancies, communicate client concerns, complete administrative tasks, coordinate travel logistics, and help train and develop auditors.
