About The Position

As an Inventory Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials, and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for coordinating ordering and tracking of inventory, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management preferred.
  • experience in a cannabis company preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to inventory management.
  • Knowledge of cannabis industry-specific regulations, including seed-to-sale tracking requirements, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to use material handling equipment such as a forklift a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately record all package movement, production batches, finished goods and waste in Metrc.
  • Perform monthly cycle counts including: discrepancy investigations, documentation, and Metrc adjustments.
  • Prepare samples and outgoing manifests for compliance COAs.
  • Coordinate with Nabis and other Etain locations to schedule pickups and finalize all Metrc transfers.
  • Verify outbound order quantities once palletized.
  • Maintain a highly organized storage area for retail-ready products.
  • Track inventory levels for soft goods and supplies (packaging, labels, jars, bags, cultivation supplies, PPE,etc.).
  • Utilize internal Fluent systems to place orders and track status.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.

Benefits

  • The hourly pay rate for this position is $20.00.
