This role analyzes product line financial performance—including P&L metrics, gross margin, and inventory turns—and recommends actions to improve profitability and competitiveness. The position leads product planning, specification development, sourcing coordination, pricing strategy, and merchandising while working closely with internal teams and global manufacturing partners. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, awareness of outdoor market and style trends, and the ability to collaborate effectively across international suppliers, dealer distribution channels, and internal functions.
