About The Position

The Inventory Assistant supports scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance for various systems and equipment, as well as general building and grounds maintenance. The role includes organizing and tracking parts and materials, monitoring spending, and stocking deliveries when they arrive. Other duties include collecting, recycling, and removing trash from the property, along with other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in general maintenance, building construction, or another relevant field.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospital maintenance experience.
• Experience with stocking or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduled and non-scheduled preventive maintenance of various systems and equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Perform general maintenance of grounds, lots, and surrounding areas.
• Collect, recycle, and remove trash from the property.
• Organize and track parts and materials inventory.
• Track spending on parts and materials.
• Stock deliveries as they arrive.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
