About The Position

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Inventory and Materials Coordinator. The Inventory & Materials Coordinator is responsible for receiving, tracking, and distributing all materials supplied by HPM to support Hale+ modular home production. This role ensures all incoming materials are accurately received into BisTrack, properly staged, and delivered to the correct build stations in accordance with the production schedule. The position plays a critical role in maintaining material accuracy, reducing downtime, and supporting efficient build flow.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory control, materials coordination, or warehouse operations
• Experience using inventory or ERP systems
• Physically capable of lifting, staging, and moving materials
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Receiving, tracking, and distributing all materials supplied by HPM to support Hale+ modular home production.
• Ensuring all incoming materials are accurately received into BisTrack.
• Properly staging materials.
• Delivering materials to the correct build stations in accordance with the production schedule.
