About The Position
RPM Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to help maintain accurate inventory levels and support efficient supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ERP or Oracle NetSuite is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable working with numbers and data analysis
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of inventory, purchasing, or supply chain experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor inventory levels across multiple locations
- Analyze sales trends and forecast inventory needs
- Help prevent stock shortages and excess inventory
- Create purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
- Maintain accurate data within ERP systems
- Build reports and monitor inventory performance metrics
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and purchasing teams
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and efficiency
