About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting inventory operations, maintaining accurate records, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be dependable, proficient with administrative tasks, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice To Haves

Previous administrative, inventory, or dealership experience is considered an asset.
Experience with vehicle licensing, inventory administration, or dealership operations is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and manage inventory files and related requests throughout all stages of the inventory process.
Handle inter-company phone calls and email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
Process all dockets and inter-company mail requests.
Approve, post, and enter ownership loss requests accurately.
Complete MTO licensing and ownership transfers for newly acquired vehicle inventory.
Process and finalize all dockets submitted through the Docket Request App.
Manage company dealer plate inventory and tracking.
Provide support and coverage for the Rental Administrator as required.
Collect, organize, and file all trade-in dockets and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
