The Invasive Cardiology Operations Specialist is responsible for planning, supervising, implementing, and evaluating the patient care of each patient, ensuring compliance with patient care standards. The role involves consulting with staff, physicians, and the Manager on patient care, throughput, and supply chain problems, as well as interpreting hospital policies to meet patient needs. The specialist must demonstrate the ability to manage pressure, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, handle constantly changing situations, deal with a variety of people, manage stressful situations, and resolve conflict. All assigned job duties and tasks must be performed, and compliance with all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency, as well as Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures, is mandatory.
