Responsibilities

  • Teach Introduction to Social Welfare course.
  • Provide an overview of the origins of social welfare and political ideology as underpinnings of social work practice.
  • Discuss how social welfare impacts various communities such as Indigenous, francophone, northern and rural, LGBTQ+, and newcomers.
  • Mark and grade assignments.
  • Coordinate large classes or multi-section courses.
