About The Position

This course introduces students to understanding and applying research in education. Topics include researching a topic, critical reading, and an overview of various types of applied research. The course is scheduled for the Fall 2026 semester, section DS20, and is taught in English. The instructor will be a Regular Part-Time Professor.

Requirements

  • PhD in education or a field of study related to the course.
  • Publications in the field of study within the last 5 years.
  • Expertise in the subject area of Introduction to Research in Education.
  • Experienced in e-learning.
  • Competence in a second language (Passive).

Responsibilities

  • Teach Introduction to Research in Education (EDU5190, Section DS20) during the Fall 2026 semester.
  • Conduct research in the field of education.
  • Provide instruction in researching a topic, critical reading, and an overview of various types of applied research.
  • Ensure students understand and can apply research in education.
