About The Position

The Public Schools of Brookline (PSB) is seeking a Cross Country Coach for the Fall Intramural Season for Lawrence School. The Cross Country Coach is responsible for planning and implementing all team activities, collaborating with District Intramural Coordinators for meets, communicating with athletes and families, working with the Building Sports Coordinator on rules, developing sports-specific skills, modeling sportsmanship and an inclusive environment, providing a positive atmosphere, and encouraging school spirit.

Requirements

Knowledge of rules and understanding of middle school athletics.
Concussion awareness training certification.
CORI verification and fingerprinting process.
Current authorization to work in the United States.
All employees must be vaccinated and maintain full vaccination as a condition of employment or work as an on-site vendor/contractor, unless they receive approval for a documented medical or religious exemption.

Relevant coaching experience working with Student Athletes.
