About The Position

As an Interview Experience Partner, you will own the candidate experience across the full interview lifecycle—from scheduling and travel arrangements to data integrity and the virtual and on-site experience—while serving as an ambassador for the Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies brand at every interaction. You'll join a high-performing team dedicated to delivering a world-class candidate journey and operational excellence, partnering closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring teams to drive precision and a service-forward approach to Talent Acquisition. Beyond day-to-day scheduling coordination, you'll take initiative in identifying and resolving candidate interview issues, champion process and data improvements, and take on operational scope as needed, such as job and data audits, AI tooling, background verifications, and immigration support.

Requirements

Prior experience coordinating high-volume scheduling or logistics, ideally within a recruiting or talent operations function
Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); direct experience with Ashby a plus
Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs); Zoom video-conferencing and HackerRank a plus
Experience supporting or executing data integrity, audit, or compliance-related processes
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent tasks or projects across cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Familiarity with talent operations functions such as background verification, immigration support, or AI/automation tooling

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics—including candidate travel arrangements—ensuring prompt, high-touch communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process
Partner closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring teams across various time zones to recommend and implement process improvements that enhance the candidate experience
Manage the virtual and on-site interview experience, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain a seamless candidate journey
Utilize Ashby (ATS) and emerging AI tooling to manage scheduling tasks and drive operational efficiency
Support Talent Operations projects or tasks that ensure data integrity, compliance, and automation as needed
