Interventional Radiology Technologist III
About The Position
Performs routine and specialized interventional radiology procedures to produce quality images for physicians and other health care providers for diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease in a multi-modality setting. Works independently, exercising sound judgment and clinical skills to perform safe and precise procedures and deliver accurate results in a timely manner. Builds patient and care-team confidence and cooperation through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Follows local, state, and federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to protect privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. The position is based at Sutter Imaging Vascular & Varicose Vein Center.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) certification.
- RHF (Radiology Fluoroscopy) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Three years of recent relevant experience.
