Interventional Radiology Nurse
About The Position
The Interventional Radiology Nurse provides nursing care in an interventional radiology setting. The position requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current New York State professional nurse registration, Med-Surg and Critical Care experience, and moderate sedation experience. BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications and successful completion of the St. Barnabas Hospital Orientation Program are required. The nurse must have the mental and physical health to meet the demands of the position. The description lists interventional radiology experience as required in one section and preferred in another.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Licensed and currently registered as a Professional Nurse in New York State.
- One year of Med-Surg experience.
- One year of Critical Care experience.
- Moderate Sedation experience.
- BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- Successful completion of St. Barnabas Hospital Orientation Program.
- Mental and physical health to meet the demands of the position.
- Interventional Radiology experience is listed as required in one section of the posting.
