Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Idaho State RN License.
One year RN experience.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience working in a team environment.
Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems.
Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting.
Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, and excellent critical thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

ACLS, TNCC, PALS and NRP preferred.
CCRN, CMC or PCCN certification ideal.
Previous catheter lab or IR experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care
Patient/family education
Transitions of care
Planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients
Delegates patient care according to skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, and adequacy of resources
Mentoring and teaching
Participate on committees or projects
