About The Position
We are seeking an Interventional Radiologist for a Locum Tenens position at an Acute Care Hospital in Charleston, WV. This is a clinical-only role covering all Interventional Radiology procedures for patients from infant through adult. The daily patient volume is expected to be 20-25 cases. The facility is an Adult Level IV Trauma center with support from hospital-based specialists and a procedural APP. The coverage period is for 6 months, starting November 1, 2026, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM shift schedule.
Requirements
- Active State License or Eligible via IMLC/Temporary License
- Board Certified Required
- Active DEA Required
- Certifications: As Required by Facility
- Interventional Radiology Experience
- Willing to License Qualified Candidates
Responsibilities
- Perform interventional radiology procedures
- Interpret imaging and perform image-guided interventions
- Document patient care in Cerner/Fuji PACS
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and hospital staff
- Deliver high-quality interventional radiology services
