About The Position

The lnterventional Pulmonologist is a full-time faculty physician within the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine Jacksonville. The position is responsible for providing specialized clinical care in lnterventional Pulmonology, participating in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows, engaging in scholarly activity, and contributing to the academic, clinical, and strategic missions of the University of Florida and UF Health Jacksonville. The faculty member will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the institution to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex airway, pleural, and thoracic diseases while supporting the continued growth of advanced bronchoscopy and thoracic oncology services. Appointment will be at the tenure/non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, based on qualifications.

Requirements

MD/DO
Completion of an ACGME accredited fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care
Completion of accredited lnterventional Pulmonology fellowship
BE/BC in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
Eligibility to work in the US

Responsibilities
