About The Position

Relevium Pain Specialists is seeking a full-time, board-certified interventional pain physician for their practice in Nevada. This role is unique as it involves serving as both a treating physician and a retained medical expert in a personal injury practice. Physicians will author expert reports, provide future cost projections, and offer deposition and trial testimony. This medical-legal aspect offers professional growth and sharpens clinical reasoning. The practice focuses on acute and subacute interventional pain, including diagnostic and therapeutic blocks, RFA, and regenerative procedures, performed in a dedicated ASC. They are out-of-network with health insurance, eliminating prior authorizations, insurance denials, and utilization reviews, with no RVU targets. The practice operates as a multidisciplinary group with in-house mental health support and community provider relationships. The location in Las Vegas offers big-city amenities with suburban costs, no state income tax, and access to entertainment and outdoor recreation.

Requirements

• ACGME-accredited pain medicine fellowship
• Board-certified or board-eligible in pain medicine
• Full independent interventional scope
• Genuine interest in medical-legal work
• Comfortable representing yourself publicly (attorney meetings, community reputation, testimony under cross-examination)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a treating physician in a personal injury practice.
