About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our established outpatient practice in the Lake Worth area. Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school (or foreign equivalent).
  • Completion of an accredited Pain Medicine fellowship.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine through: Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
  • Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.
  • Experience performing interventional pain procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Neuromodulation and implant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures, including: Epidural steroid injections, Facet injections, Medial branch blocks, Radiofrequency ablation, Peripheral nerve blocks.
  • Evaluate and manage candidates for advanced pain therapies, including: Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) stimulation, Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS), Intrathecal Drug Delivery Systems (Pain Pumps).
  • Collaborate closely with primary care providers, specialists, therapists, and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, expectations, and long-term pain management strategies.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record.
  • Stay current with advancements in interventional pain medicine and participate in continuing medical education.
