About The Position

Compass Palliative Care, a California-based palliative care provider, is seeking an experienced Interventional Pain Physician (MD/DO) to provide pain management services in an outpatient pain clinic. The physician will primarily perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures. This is a part-time 1099 contract position with a flexible schedule of one day per week, working in a clinic setting.

Requirements

• MD or DO with training in Interventional Pain, PM&R, Anesthesiology, or a related specialty.
• Active and unrestricted California medical license.
• Active DEA license.
• Experience performing fluoroscopy-guided pain procedures.
• Current certification or qualification to perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Interventional Pain fellowship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic pain.
• Perform fluoroscopy-guided interventional pain procedures.
• Develop treatment plans, provide follow-up care, and educate patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care.
