About The Position

INTEGRIS Health Cardiovascular Physicians (ICP) is recruiting for a Full-time, BC/BE Interventional Cardiology Physician at INTEGRIS Health Edmond in Edmond, OK. This opportunity will be part of an established physician group at INTEGRIS Health – ICP in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The new INTEGRIS Health Heart Hospital features 64 ICU beds, multiple cardiac catheterization labs, cardiovascular operating rooms, hybrid operating rooms, electrophysiology heart labs, and convenient cardiac diagnostic testing areas. Oklahoma City offers a low cost of living, short commute times, a diversified economy, and is experiencing significant new development in infrastructure, schools, and quality-of-life additions. Requirements

  • Oklahoma MD or DO license
  • BE/BC

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis
  • Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing
  • Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
  • Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
  • Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
  • Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
  • Complies with policies and procedures if applicable.
  • The Physician is responsible for patients.

  • Moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals.

  • Must follow universal safety precautions.
  • Exposed to constant interruptions, noise, disagreeable odors, and assorted chemicals.
