About The Position

MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute is seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiology Physician to join our well-established, thriving and comprehensive practice. As a provider within our physician governed cardiovascular institute, you’ll find everything you need to excel in your job including outstanding facilities, comprehensive resources and talented teammates sharing your commitment to quality patient care. The Practice features a sustainable average call schedule of 1 in 8 weekends with strong Hospitalist team partnership, a growing population of complex cardiovascular disease, and access to advanced cardiovascular imaging onsite. There is collaborative work with advanced electrophysiology services onsite, structural heart disease, advanced imaging platform (both inpatient and outpatient), CT and vascular surgery. The advanced imaging platform includes nuclear capabilities, cardiovascular CT, CT FFR, plaque analysis, and structural TEE.

Requirements

Board certified/eligible at time of employment
Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

Provide Interventional Cardiology care within the MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute.
Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, and cardiovascular service lines.
Participate in a call schedule of 1 in 8 weekends.
Engage in research opportunities, including industry-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research.
Partner with the medical device incubator to develop cutting-edge healthcare solutions.
