About The Position
Join a thriving interventional cardiology practice in Lubbock, TX, with an exceptional opportunity for an Interventional Cardiologist looking to build a productive and rewarding practice. This position is for 2027 candidates only. The role offers a guaranteed base salary of $750,000 per year, with RVU-based bonus structure for additional earning potential. A $50,000 sign-on bonus and $15,000 relocation assistance are provided. This is a hospital-employed model offering stability and benefits. Expect 40-50 interventional procedures per month from day one. There is an opportunity to buy into a physician-owned surgical hospital after 1 year, and a succession plan is in place to step into an established patient base and procedural volume. The practice offers a supportive environment with a referral base already in place.
