About The Position

Learn It Systems is hiring multiple Certified Teachers throughout Duvall County for the 2026/27 school year, with opportunities to work with students K-12. Learn It Systems is a national education organization dedicated to helping children succeed in school and life. This role involves working in K-12 classrooms within Duvall County as part of a growing, interdisciplinary team focused on creating exceptional learning experiences for children in need. The position is within an educational team including a supervisor, fellow educators, and teaching aides, serving a diverse student population. The team collaborates with the School District of Duvall County to provide high-quality reading and mathematics education in a small group setting. Key responsibilities include implementing program components and working closely with school personnel and parents. Teachers will collaborate with school administrators and classroom teachers to identify Title I students, plan and deliver effective small-group instruction, administer pre and post-assessments, and consistently track student progress and data. Effective classroom management, escorting students to and from the Title I classroom, and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment are also crucial.

Requirements

Active FLDOE Teacher Certification or FLDOE Statement of Eligibility required
Computer proficiency required
Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Work location is in a school building where employee will need to be able to go up and down stairs
Frequent standing and ability to raise arms above the head
Hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer
Presently eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Focus on literacy and/or mathematics preferred
Experience working with Title I students a plus
